I've come up with a new idea for a weight loss center. For incentive to work out and eat less, every week, women (this won't work with men) come into the office and instead of weighing in, all they do is try on bathing suits in front of a 3 way mirror. Once they feel comfortable enough to actually wear a bathing suit out of the dressing room, they have graduated from the program. I'm actually starting my own little version of this from here on out.
On a side note we went out of town for the weekend and I left my bathing suit home. We also left Hannah's, Katies's and Mya's clothes all packed up and sitting in a bag by the door. GGGGrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Your plan sounds good to me. I have a gym pass but I don't always get there because life is busy. Anyways to exercise lately we have a dance party and I LOVE it, I am sweating and grooving to whatever I feel like listening to.
Oh....leaving the clothes at home sounds just like life!
Hope you guys are having fun otherwise.
Good idea :) I'm just trying to get OUT of maternity clothes and INTO my regular wardrobe (which is way outdated because I haven't had my body to myself in about 5 years...you know how it is...). Perhaps my incentive will be that I get to buy new outfits ;)
Cute post!
Great idea! I bet you are so frustrated about leaving the clothes at home! We've done a few similar things here (Beach stuff) but nothing like leaving town and forgetting the clothes.
Bummer! How's Anchorage?
