Tabetha, Jarom, and Logan are finally home. Yaah! We are so happy to have them back. When Katie and Hannah saw them at the airport they gave them all hugs and kisses and made the rounds to each of them about 5 times. For the past 2 days now I don't think they have let them out of their sight. Whether Tabetha, Jarom, and Logan like it or not they have 2 little shadows following them where ever they go.
We went raspberry picking yesterday when it stopped raining and the sun shone for a few hours. We didn't get many berries, but we had a fun time. We have had so much rain here the last couple of weeks we are starting to worry about flooding. So far we haven't' had much of a summer. It seems like fall here, but at least we haven't had snow, knock on wood.
Shawn and I went to a 2 day homeschool conference in Anchorage last weekend. It was about mentoring your children, and it was awesome. The speaker was Dr. Oliver DeMille. Dr. DeMille is the author of A Thomas Jefferson Education, Teaching a Generation of Leaders for the Twenty-First Century and he is the founder and President of George Wythe College in Cedar City Utah. He was so inspiring to listen to. I really enjoyed it and I think Shawn did to. For anyone wanting to learn more about Leadership Education George Wythe College is hosting a free seminar this August in Cedar City. How awesome is that? (We had to pay for ours)
Karen (my sister in-law) watched Hannah and Katie while we were at the conference. To see pictures of them with their cousins you can look at Karen's blog at www.lifeoflowry.blogspot.com . Scroll down to the slide show with the kids in the daisy's.
Thanks to all the girls for the favorite things give away. I love everything I got and I think we should do it again next year. That's it for now. I will update again soon.

Kim, I was planning on burning a disk of the pictures of the girls. I was also going to send them up with Shane. I will try to get around to it soon. I am glad the kids are back. Raspberries...yum!
