As some of you may have heard we have been working on our kitchen and dining room floor. Some friends of ours traded us a few cords of fire wood for their left over wood floor, and they installed it for us. Well by the time he had finished putting the floor in we had also taken out a wall. The top picture is the before, then we have the work in progress and the the final result. We still have a little work to do but I love it. I think it makes it seem so much bigger and more open. Let me know what you think. I love the floors.

Those are gorgeous!!!!! I can't believe how much bigger it makes your house look. Those floors look a lot like the floors we put in. You will love it I'm sure!
